what’s in the fridge.

This is what my fridge looks like now that I’ve given up sugar….

Ok. NO. It’s not my fridge. (Or freezer for that matter…I promise.)

I found a fascinating study online, by Mark Menjivar, who has photographed a host of fridges of a cross-section of people. Nothing added. And nothing taken away. And I reckon, you can learn a lot by what’s in a fridge. Much like a teenage girl’s diary…

Mark’s hope in sharing these pictures is that “we will think deeply about how we care. How we care for our bodies. How we care for others. And how we care for the land.”

These are a few of the photos on Mark’s site. Check it out yourself…

I bet you’re going to check your fridge now… I did!

  1. This is good stuff. I’ve seen this site before, it provides the same sort of amusement as “damn you auto-correct” or “text from last night.” Love your little blurbs, keep ’em coming!!

  2. Are you looking for a way to kitchen cabinets clean them.
When done properly, reusing cupboards by painting kitchen cabinets for your kitchen is modern, sleek,
spacious, user-friendly kitchen that” WOW’s” you, and gets compliments
from your friends, family, and strangers. When shopping for new cabinetry to integrate into your New York home,
taking the time to dry thoroughly before proceeding to apply
the glaze. So why don’t you grab a brush and roller sleeve you may want to open your
    cabinet.
